Terms of service
These terms describe the permitted use, clinical boundaries, and responsibilities that apply to the Brioxa development product.
Effective 9 September 2026 · India development release1. Development service
Brioxa currently provides a development environment for evaluating account, messaging, records, guided-intake, and clinician-review workflows. It uses fictional data and is not approved for diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, laboratory ordering, or the processing of real patient records.
2. Clinical boundaries
Automated responses organize information and may prepare drafts. They do not diagnose, prescribe, or approve treatment. A label indicating clinician approval applies only to the item displayed in the product and does not create a doctor-patient relationship or replace an appropriate clinical assessment.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in details, authenticator and recovery codes, and for activity performed through your account. Do not access another person’s account or attempt to bypass role permissions. Each new demo opens a separate fictional workspace.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Brioxa to submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or malicious content; probe or disrupt the service; reverse engineer security controls; upload malware; or represent development output as a real clinical decision. Do not enter real health information in this release.
5. Availability and changes
Development features may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. Brioxa may suspend access to protect users, data, or service integrity. These terms and the linked privacy policy may be updated as the product moves toward a reviewed production release.
6. Intellectual property
Brioxa’s software, design, and product content remain the property of their respective owners. You retain responsibility for content you submit and grant the limited permission needed to process it for the requested product workflow.
7. Disclaimer and responsibility
The development service is provided for evaluation without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for clinical use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Brioxa is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on development output.
